Baustelle an der Strasse " Obere Weiße " in Arnstadt, Thüringen. Auf der Brachfläche rund um die 2006 abgerissene Nadel- und Stahlfabrik enstehen Wohnungen und Gewerbeeinheiten, deren Planung sich am historischen Stadtgrundriss und dem Verlauf der ehemaligen Bebauung aus dem 19. Jahrhundert orientiert und die besondere Lage des Baufeldes im Denkmalschutz- und Sanierungsgebiet von Arnstadt berücksichtigt. Construction area at street " Obere Weisse " in Arnstadt, Thuringia. On the brownfields around former pin and steel factory, demolished in 2006, apartments and commercial constructions are built. Their planning is oriented towards historical layout of the city and its development in 19th century, considering the special site in a monument protection and redevelopment area of Arnstadt.
