Blick auf die Altstadt von Donauwörth. Die Altstadt liegt eingezwängt zwischen der Wörnitz und dem Schellenberg. Es gibt viele bemerkenswerte historische Bauten, am auffälligsten ist das Kloster Heilig Kreuz; die Wallfahrtskirche ist ein Musterbeispiel der spätbarocken Wessobrunner Schule, dort wird eine Monstranz mit einem Partikel vom Kreuz Christi aufbewahrt.
