Blick auf die im Um- und Ausbau befindliche Rote Kaserne an der Brandenburger Vorstadt in Potsdam. Hier werden Ein- und Mehrfamilienhausanlagen errichtet. Jahrzehntelang wurde das Areal durch die Rote Armee genutzt, und lag anschließend brach.
