Blick auf die Pyramiden im Branitzer Park. Die größere Wasserpyramide, 1856 / 57 errichtet, stellt eine künstliche Insel im See dar. Im Inneren des Tumulus liegen die Grabstätten von Heinrich Graf von Pückler und von seiner 1854 verstorbenen und – nach dem Tod des Fürsten – umgebetteten Frau Lucie von Pückler-Muskau. Am südöstlichen Seeufer befindet sich die Landpyramide, die stufenförmig gestaltet ist.
