Es trennt Beaulieu-sur-Mer und Villefranche-sur-Mer. Der Ort Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat erstreckt sich an seinem Ostufer. Die ganze Halbinsel kann auf einem Fußweg umrundet werden. An ihrer Spitze steht ein Leuchtturm als Hafenwegweiser.
