Strasse der Romanik: In das Jahr 1107 gehen die Ursprünge der Kirche St. Petri zurück. Vom Brandenburger Bischof Harbert wurde sie als hölzerne Kapelle gegründet und 1114 durch einen Steinbau ersetzt. Dieser interessante romanische Bau gehört zu den ersten sakralen Steinbauten dieser Gegend. Leitzkau 2007/08/07 Strasse der Romanik: The origins of St Petri church date back to 1107. It was founded as a wooden chapel by bishop Harbert of Brandenburg, and replaced in 1114 by a stone structure. This interesting Romanesque building is one of the first religious buildings in the region.
