The Kleine Lautertal - small Lauter Valley - in the community of Blaustein in the state of Baden-Württemberg. The river Lauter is a side arm of the river Blau. The valley is the second largest nature preserve area of the region. It is a favoured spot for canoeing and runs through Herrlingen, a part of the county of Blaustein. Visible on the small rock is the castle of Oberherrlingen located in this part of the county
